To change behavior you must change beliefs, feelings and intentions with persuasive communication.

People must be exposed to information to process it, if not exposed they cannot process then cannot persuade.


Message, stimulus, receiver. (Consider) Are they interested or are they ready to receive the message.


Keep it simple. Requires motivation and ability to communicate at a level that the receiver can comprehend.
